在XDA论坛上看到Ansar放出一个Rom可以将Bootloader从5.xx降到1.xx,转贴至wpxap&DFT,经Wpxap论坛一位朋友尝试可以成功降级,遂附上下载供有兴趣的朋友尝试,请注意此ROM只适用于HTC 7 Mozart  欧版,刷机有风险,请自行考量

详细步骤:

An SLSPL ROM is created for Mozart HTC_Europe Operator that allows downgrading the Bootloader
The process is as simple as of these 3 steps
1. Download the following SLSPL ROM for the HTC_Europe operator
>. Rapidshare : RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.01_SLSPL_Signed_by_ ansar.zip
2. Flash the provided SLSPL ROM
>. after flashing the device will re-boot in tricolor Bootloader screen
3. Flash ANY Stock ROM of HTC_Europe operator (except a 5.xx one!!)
>. keep the provided ROM as your eyes!!

基本的东西：
SPl是程序辅助加载器，它允许加载闪存ROM到设备中。
SPL不能加载就是完全成砖了，你无法恢复它。所以对SPL进行操作都是很危险的。
OSPL是原厂SPL。这SPL是用来加载原厂ROM，不允许加载闪存中自制ROM。
RSPL是重载SPL。它只加载到内存，因此它是很短的。但是它足够在设置重启软件回OSPL时加载。
HSPL是硬SPL。它永驻设置内存并替换OSPL。当你设置重置后，仍然只有HSPL，而不是OSPL。
本说明是RSPL和HSPL说明。
对于普通用户，闪存ROM是相当罕见的，仅仅使用RSPL已经足够了。
对于高级用户和ROM制作者，HSPL是很有用的。
DFT_RSPL_WP7FG1_LAUNCH允许安装RSPL在设置上：
用RAR解压所有文件。
运行DFT_RSPL_WP7FG1_LAUNCH (以管理员权限)。

大约20年前...(不是我，我弟弟)

我们平时说的手机串号，就是指手机IMEI码，(International Mobile Equipment Identity)是国际移动设备身份码的缩写，HTC的手机通常机身贴标为15位，机内调出为15/17位。若为17位，不用担心，后两位表示生产批次或生产序号。

机身贴标15位IMEI码的表示：                             

1、 TAC码(设备型号核准号码)

       IMEI码的前六位数字是设备型号核准号码，即TAC码，它代表了手机的型号。无

       论是何种品牌的产品，只要是同一型号的手机,TAC码一定是一样的。　　

2、 FAC码(最后装配号码)

       IMEI码的7、8位即FAC码，其含义是指手机最后完成装配时是在哪一家工厂。您可

    以通过比较同一品牌手机的FAC号来初步判断手机的最后装配地，如果同一品牌的

    手机FAC码不一致，这时候您就要提高警惕了。

3、 SNR码(出厂序号)

       IMEI码的9～14位即为SNR码，是手机的出厂序号。同一个牌子且同一型号的SNR

    是不可能一样的，如果您发现有二个机子的序号一样的话,那么其中一个肯定是冒

    牌货。

4、 SP(备用号码)

       IMEI码的最后一位即SP码，是手机的备用号码。
